Let's get to know each other

First things first, how is planning going? What are your ideas and where can we get creative?

Let's start with an initial complimentary virtual consult to get to know each other and get our creative juices flowing.

Your Cedar & Stem Proposal

Based on our initial consult, we will gather all our ideas into a beautiful proposal for you including our inspiration, potential blooms and varieties, pricing custom to your unique design, and our contract and payment details for you to review. This document will become our planning document where we keep everything organized and accessible for your event.

Ready to seal the deal

Let's make it official! When you're ready, your proposal will include a contract for you to sign, and an opportunity to pay a 25% deposit based on the invoice we have created. This deposit will be applied to your final total and the balance of the invoice will be due by your event date. After signing and paying your deposit, we are all yours!

Planning

When you sign with us we are available to you as a resource throughout the planning process. Bring us your questions and ideas whenever you need to talk them through and be reassured that if anything in your proposal needs to change, this can happen until 2 months prior to your event. After that we will always do our best to accomodate changes but they may not always be possible.

Let's firm up the details

Within the last month before your event, we will firm up all the logistical details with you (or your coordinator) and your venue to ensure everything is seamless on the big day. We don't want you to worry about a thing so we will get the details out of the way as soon as we can and keep note of everything in our planning document.

The Big day!

Today's the day! We always include delivery and set-up because we want to care for the excecution of our design from start to finish, it's in good hands! Because our day-of work happens prior to your event, we do not include end of night tear down as a standard, but we can include this if needed.
