Wedding Pricing 2023

Bridal/wedding bouquets are a statement piece, they are the finishing touch before you walk down the aisle and they will live on forever in so many of your photos. Bouquets are also very easily repurposed as decor throughout the reception. Think of your bouquet sitting on the memorial table for the night in honour of those who have passed. Nice right?! Or on the bar for everyone to admire?

The main bridal/wedding bouquet is usually the largest and most luxurious piece and generally ranges from $175-$300

Smaller attendant bouquets generally range from $65-$150

Traditionally these pieces are an accessory for the Groom, groomsmen, and immediate family members. Typically these piece consist of a focal bloom and some foliage and textured sprigs for some soft detail. They are then secured to the jacket with a pin or 2.

Ceremony decor can mean so many things! Often these are larger focal pieces (generally easily repurposed to add to the reception decor) they can frame the altar or the aisle, be displayed on a pedestal or in a more grounded wildflower aesthetic, and those options are just the tip of the iceberg!  This is an area that is so custom to you, however larger focal arrangements typically range from $250-$500

Other ceremony decor ideas might include chair markers, aisle runners/installs, loose petals. Pleasse inquire for more info!

It is always nice to make this table feel a little extra special (and this is often an area where we can repurpose some ceremony decor). There are so many options but I suggest at least a small floral spray along the edge of the table to highlight the happy couple. This would start at $100.

At Cedar & Stem we have tons of bud vases in multiple sizes and shapes for our clients to use. These will typically be rented and will display 1-5 stems and some textural sprigs. 

Pricing generally falls between $13 and $20 depending on the number of displayed blooms and the type of flowers used. 

A tasteful flower crown can be a beautiful addition to your accessories or a charming piece for a flower girl perhaps, maybe even adjusted to be  a floral collar for a special pet? These can range greatly based on the style and type of blooms used but in general they will land between $50-$100

Corsages are a beautiful way to honour family members and are generally made in a slightly more neutral palette to match any outfit! These pieces are typically two or three blooms and textural piece for some extra detail and secured to the wrist.

Floral Installations can be a spectacular statement piece that will truly take your decor to the next level. Installs can include beautiful floral arches/pillars, hung floral pieces, floral backdrops, grounded wildflower meadow displays, you name it! Lets be creative! Keep in mind that these pieces are tremendously custom to their surroundings and almost always need to be built on site. Creating these displays are a huge highlight for us, nothing lets us show our passion and creativity quite like these!

Because of the innate customization of these  pieces, the pricing will vary greatly, however it starts around $800. 

Again, centrepieces are so variable and customizable! They could be small and delicate floral gestures used down the length of harvest table or a more traditional statement in the centre of a round table, they could be low or elevated, trailing or more compact, the sky is the limit! They also often have multiple components and are a part of a larger table landscape including table numbers, candles, beautiful table ware, etc. 

Its hard to put hard figures to this one, but they would start around $75 for something small and delicate and go up from there as we add more blooms etc. 

We like to find the unique places in your venue that we can use to really elevate your decor and the atmosphere. Maybe it's a cozy ballroom fireplace, or a winding staircase, maybe its a wall we can use as a blank canvas for climbing greenery, or a bar that could use a facelift. These could be full on floral installs but it could also be a couple of extra feature pieces to create consistency throughout the space and ensure no area is forgotten.
